Miami and first cruise

This time we went to Monica's but they were not there, except for Shadow, we we were able to enjoy living in a house and with a dog! Andrea didn't like the dog part so much, she was scared to dead for the first few days but eventually managed and ended up kissing Shadow like Adri ;)

Adri was like "at home" I guess she knows and remembers this house pretty well. She loves Shadow so was happy to take him for walks with Tata.

While in Miami Andrea finally started eating again, we couldn't believe it when she actually grabbed my plate with Aji de Gallina - cook by Orly of course - and she just started eating like nothing!!! Now is one of her favorite dishes.

While in Miami we got to spend New Year's with our friends Frankie and Ludek and their families. We were all girls except for the 3 guys! We all have daughters. Was a great evening - except for the accident Tomas had with the bbq - but thanks God wasn't as bad as we thought - or smelled...

We ate our favorite food everyday, enjoyed shopping and even went on the girls' first cruise with Auntie Melodie and Uncle Bruce.

Peru

We spent 3 whole weeks during the holidays in Peru. The girls were so happy to enjoy time with Abuis and Fernanda. They played together like nuts! Andrea went thru a hard time with food, not eating at all except for yogurts and palachinkas. We found out later that she was getting two teeth on the back. So we think or want to believe that was the reason for the "diet".

This was our first time traveling only the Cernitas and they behaved really well considering we had to drive to Munich the day before and then take 2 - 8 hours flight with 3 hour lay over. We managed, played, slept, relaxed and eventually made it to Lima in one piece. Adri was a great big sister and traveled like a pro. Andrea proved us that she can behave her best when needed, she also is a pro traveling.

In Lima Adri joined Abui Zori in her scrapbooking classes and went to ballet and a movie together. They really had a great time one on one. It was funny that they had to "escape" so Andrea would not see them, because as soon as she heard auto, keys or "vamos" *(lets go!) She would run to the door.

The girls spent a lot of time at the club and with their cousin Nana. They really played well together. We also went to see Nana on her school event and had a blast with all the shows.

Christmas was fun and special to see the girls enjoying time together.

November

 

We had our Chilean friends Soledad and Cristian visiting for the weekend. We loved so much that they came to visit since there were in Prague before it was nice that they came to spend time with us and the girls. Adriana went to hug and kiss them like if they were together since Mexico when was the last time we saw each other more than 3 years ago.

 

We enjoyed walks in the park, thru the old town and eating Mexican together. Of course we also had palachinkas with them.

November was busy with Nutcracker ballet, we went with Babi and Tomas Jr which made it a special visit to the National Theater. Girls also had lots of playdates, all in preparation for the long holidays ahead in Peru.
