Amazing how fast time goes when you are having fun, today our Adri is one month older, oh boy! (or better oh girl!)
One month since we stopped sleeping the entire night, since we were able to just leave the house without any preparation and be on time at our destination, since I started using the blackberry camera more than ever. One month since we welcomed our little Adri to enjoy life with us.
Our parents came from Peru and Czech Republic, our brothers and their wives were also here. Our friends came by to meet Adri and to try to find out who does she look more like, mom or dad…still no definite answer on that.
With the doctor’s ok on her going places, she has been out almost every day, first place she visited was publix (where shopping is a pleasure!), the grandpas took us to Target, eventually she has been in almost every mall in the area, we visited Ludek at his new apartment, my ex office, and went to pick up Marianita from school one day (funny thing is that one little girl came to me at her school while I was waiting for her and asked me “Is that Mariana’s baby?????” seems like everybody over there new about Adri ). Adriana loves to be outside and going places. Will see how she manages her first flight next Saturday.
We are ready to get back home, it has been great here with Monica, Vichy and family and we are very thankful to them but it is time to go home. Tomas will drive back and I will fly with Adri to Houston – read to get her first advantage miles. From there will drive together and meet our friends Cristina and Marcos about two hours from home. We cannot wait to see Adriana in her room and how she will grow over there.
I have included a few new pictures with my regular camera (now is easier to use my phone than my camera) and a slide show I made with the phone pictures I send grandpas everyday to see how she is growing. Hope you enjoy them.
