Baby gym for Adri

Today Adri started a new adventure. Our little one had her first class at the gym - baby gym and fun with mom. First we went to the gym in the morning, it was mom's time and Adri stayed at the nursery and behaved pretty good.

Then we went back this afternoon for her class. She met a baby boy named Daniel, he is 9 months but when I put Adri on her tummy he came to her and they ended up "holding hands" (more just like touching than holding...) it was so cute!!! Then Daniel decided to touch her head and try to grab her hair, but Adri doesn't have where to get hair to pull yet - lucky her.

So far is only the two of them and today was more to see how are the babies and in what stage to see what can be done with them. The instructor said Adri is pretty advanced (hm hm proud mom and dad!!!), that many babies take longer to do all she is doing by now and that she looked like a pretty happy baby - which we know she is always smiling and chatting.

Will go twice a week and will see the effect on her with the time. I am so looking forward for her to have a good time, meet other kids and enjoy playing time. I am also looking forward to start the swimming class, it will be more a familiarization mom and baby in the water but will be a good start.

Here is a picture of her from this morning, showing Yolanda how she can push herself from the seat with help and then get up. Yolanda was melting the entire morning - so much she didn't iron anything for being playing with Adri.
The other picture is Adri playing with "Little Jul" a doll that Julissa gave her and now Adri is able to start grabbing the doll and soon will be playing too.

And to finish this post I am happy to say that the last two night Adri went to bed at 9:30pm and didn't wake up until 8am :) let's hope for more nights like the past ones.
