Our trip to Miami was really nice. We visited Bruce and Melodie for a couple of days which gave them the opportunity to enjoy Adriana the entire time. Luckily she behaved at her best, didn't cry too much, slept when we were ready to eat and even managed to melt Bruce's heart by hugging and playing with him.
The day of the flight we left home at 7am and she did amazing not bothering for anything. Went thru immigration, security and all that and then she was ready for her first milk of the day. We were lucky that both flights had seats available to bring the car seat with us. In Dallas we spent 4 hours waiting for the connecting flight and she again behaved pretty good, sleeping, playing and flirting with any body who would smile at her.
In the flight to Miami I don't know how she slept the 3 hours and woke up in the best mood ready to smile to everybody again. We arrived at Monica's around 10pm and even though she was tired she hug Fer and entered the house pretty happy and smiling. Shadow and her were introduced right away, and they both were curious about each other...Shadow is a great dog who didn't do or try to do anything to Adri.
The rest of the time we spent it at Monica's relaxing and enjoying the time with the kids. Adri got so much active during these days, I think all the things going on around her just made her more aware of things she can do and cannot do. Unfortunately the cold weather didn't help her to sleep good and ended up getting a little sick which made her stay at home for the rest of the time she was in Miami, Saturday was the last day after we went for delicious Peruvian breakfast and some shopping. That was it for her and she was clear about expressing it with lots of crying...poor her...
Also she started to show two front teeth and we think that was the crying and bad mood on Monday. At least no fever or upset stomach while this is going on in her life. Now you can feel for sure the little ones coming out :)
