tatiana & tomas family: Traveling Holidays

This time it was our turn to go to Peru and we included Miami in the itinerary. After spending one day to adjust to time zone and eat some good Cuban food we arrived in Lima on a Sunday night and Tomas was able to feel how the earth shakes! What to do? Just slowly (or fast - up to you) get out of the house just in case it becomes something longer... Lucky for us it stopped right there and we were ready to start enjoying a very relaxing vacation.

Abui Fer and Abui Zori were so happy to see Adri, take her to play to the club, to visit her "primita Fernanda" and more. We had an amazing time and Adri enjoyed like crazy. She danced for them, sang, told them many times how much she loves them, made them go nuts and laugh non stop with all her crazy thoughts and answers for everything. She also became more aware of what is around her and didn't stop asking "Que es eso eso?" (What is that, THAT?!).

It was Fernanda's first Christmas and we celebrated with an early dinner thinking she would be tired for opening gifts and all that, but NO! She was the most awake and enjoy every gift Adri brought to her, even tried to open her own boxes. At one point she looked like one more gift, surrounded by boxes and bags.

Adri was in charge of delivering all the gifts and did a great job being patient and waiting for her turn to open her so many gifts. She was so excited to see so many toys and wanted to play with everything right there.

She also enjoyed nice weather in Lima and a couple of days at the beach - swimming pool included. It was all she needed, a swimming pool and her Tata to hold her while she was having so much fun. She went to the sea too but the Pacific was too cold and she decided to enjoy better the pool. She got to go on a kayak with Tata and Sebas.

After enjoying so much Lima it was time to pack again and say "See you later my Peruvian family" and head north to Miami. We arrived right on the 31st during the after, on time for a short nap and go to meet our friends Ludek and Madga to receive the 2012 - which will bring them and us a baby girl!

We also got to meet with uncle Bruce and auntie Melodie before and after our trip to Lima. We enjoy our favorite place in Miami before Christmas and after, to celebrate the beginning of a new year they took us to a great restaurant and to a park where Adri played non stop with Auntie Melodie. They both had so much fun!

Miami was great, the weather was chilly but sunny and Monica and family arrived a couple of days later than us. It was craziness all over, Adri couldn't play anymore with the kids. Sebas and Mariana were making sure Adri had fun all the time. Mariani was doing crafts, painting and keeping her busy while Sebas was teaching Adri how to use the Legos and play music among other games. We didn't even need to check on her!

The last day of our trip, Shadow arrived from his vacation in Lima and it took Monica an "Adri wake up, Shadow is here" for her to jump out of the bed and went looking for him. She loves Shadow and was asking if we can bring him to Prague - little too difficult!

Thanks to Abuelitos, Tio Fer, Tia Cris & Fernandita for a great time in Lima and to Monica, Vichy, Sebas, Mariani, Mica, Orly and Uncle Bruce and Auntie Melodie for a great time in Miami.
