First day of new school

Today Adri started at the Little Hands on Learning. Even though she was talking about it since Prague, it wasn't as easy as she expected. All was fine until she saw her "blue room" and decided didn't want to come in. Poor her, I was there at the door and the very nice teacher was trying but didn't work. Eventually I had to pass her to Miss Lucy and leave. I heard her crying...Then I got a call from the owner that she was better and enjoyed some circle time and was seating next to the teacher doing some activities.

But when it was time to pick her up after lunch I found her crying pretty bad. Apparently she had in and outs moments. Circle time was fine, a bit of playground with some "pushing" to play was fine but to go back to her class wasn't so much fun for her... It was probably more difficult than when she started The Little Mole because now she can express herself better and she was asking me to hug her and not let her go.

Hoping now for this week to pass fast so she can get used to her new school. She will also stay less time this week so she knows Mami is going for her (I also need to get her a blanket and pillow for naptime...) and maybe next week she will be ready to go there and like it as much as she likes her school in Prague.

Ready to roll...
At the entrance. She knows where it is and that is her new school.
