VOTE FOR YOUR FAVORITE ON THE RIGHT SIDE!
So here they are! Our 3 finalist on this competition. They are based in the location and how modern they are. Hopefully by Friday we can see them all again and check if they will be willing to include a washer and dryer for us.
Smichov - located in a new area with a big mall and hyper market, many restaurants and places for Adriana to play and even baby gym classes available in English!. Is walking distance to the mall, the metro-tranvia-bus. BUT it doesn't have a view and has a very small kitchen (even for me!) and no air conditioning or view.
Italska - located in a closer area to downtown. Great views of the Castle from the garden area not from our windows. 2 floors and plenty of space for friends to come over. BUT not as central located as Smichov and more walking distance to get to public transportation. More areas to take care of and stairs where we have to check on Adri more time than now. No shower just bathtub.
KY - Very nice and luxury apartment with private elevator entrance, nice view of park, all modern and nice set up, includes an indoors pool, and recreational area. BUT access not too good without a car, only 2 bedrooms and no air conditioning.
