17 months on the 17 of September

Adri turns 17 months today and Abuelito Fer 60 years! Party time for everybody. A week ago on the 9th Deda Honza also celebrated his birthday with his little Adri in town. We celebrated at the weekend house where Adriana played the entire day.

Now she has been two weeks in Prague and you could say that she was here from the beginning, she is completely adjust to her new place, and still living in a hotel but she doesn't seem to care as long as she can watch baby tv online and dance to her Spanish songs.

We started this last week with swimming classes and this week we found her a nursery school where she will learn hopefully how to share and NOT push kids around like she has been doing lately. We also started baby playgroup and mom and me gym class - that happens to be free for NON-EU members and since mom is a non eu member we are lucky to be there without paying.

For the gym class, seemed she learned good in Mexico because she enjoyed, danced and went nuts with the bubbles...but this time it was all in English. So I guess soon she will be able to understand 3 languages (and all that before 2 years!!!!).

Tata and mom are very surprised to see how well she adjusted to all these changes. Not having a room for herself, not place with her toys and not a feeding chair at least until today. She eats everything we give her, sleeps all night long (although between us - but still), she takes her naps right on time and is becoming a pro in the tranvias.

Will see how she does next week at the nursery, will start one hour per day and keep increasing until the teacher thinks she is ready to go the entire morning. FREEDOM for mom during the mornings to dedicate her time to learn Czech, photo club, scrapbooking club, charity volunteer work and anything else that can be done before 1pm.

Cheers to Adri for being such a great trooper!
