Montreal for Frank and Laurence's wedding

We had our friends’ Frank and Laurence wedding on September 3rd so we had to travel to celebrate with them on our way to Prague. One more place for Adri’s list of places she has visited while being a baby.
For us was great because to see him getting married and to enjoy our friends from Miami was a real pleasure.
As soon as she discovered Frank and Laurence had a piano she went directly to it and played like crazy! Sometimes better than Frank NOT! She also went ballistics for the stairs, up and down- up and down, you can tell she doesn’t have that at home…so Tomas taught her how to go up and get down front side.
Montreal was way too hot for what I thought would be September weather in Canada, but it also changed so fast from one day to another that after wearing shorts and sandals we moved to boots and jackets! FUN!
The wedding day we thought leaving Adri with the neighbors would be a good idea since she is used to stay with a nanny and very easy going….well, WRONG! Poor her, she cried for over 3 hours up to the point that we went for her right after the ceremony. After that bad moment for her, we spoiled her big time. She was so happy to see us that she didn’t stop kissing and hugging me. We went for dinner to an Argentinean restaurant just the 3 of us and since she seemed fine around 10pm we decided it was our obligation to get back to the wedding, so we changed back to party clothes and took Adriana with us to her first party after bed-time. We made it right on time when Frank sang a song he composed for the bride, after that his father sang a beautiful song that made lots of girls cry. The first dance was perfect and the Conga to start the party put Adriana to dance with mom and dad. She was able to be up, running and laughing until 1am!!! A real party girl! Of course she passed out until 10am next day.

Saturday we were ready for big breakfast in town with the wedding crew. Thanks to Laurence father for inviting us, the place was so popular people were making a line even at noon for breakfast. We took a tour around the city the entire day; Adri took her daily nap in the stroller while we walk around. By the time we were almost done it was already 6pm and she was still in a good mood even thought she skip lunch – but if we count all she had for breakfast she was fine for a couple of days!

When we went back to F&L home it was dinner time so we went out again with Adri, she did pretty good and we landed in a pizza place, it was such a nice evening sharing dinner with friends…Perfect ending for a Montreal visit.
The next morning we only had time to take a bath, finish packing and run to the airport.
